I joined five design sprints to identify customer needs for the future personal account digital service as a design manager playing my part in the spectacle creating concepts, prototypes and visuals during design sprints. and a book designed for all participants of the cross-disciplinary design sprints. And most importantly learning while having some fun and responding to people's needs while considering the challenges and opportunities rising in the field of banking globally.
Design sprint structure lead the cross-skilled team of preventatives from the bank, consultancies and preventatives to create and test identified opportunities to improve digital personal banking in the years to follow.
Each sprint ended with testing identified ideas with real customers. The testing gives a rough ideas if the ideas has desirability in the market. After the sprints the tested and initially validated ideas were taken forward to design and devlopment followed by production. My design team designed a book for all participants of the cross-disciplinary design sprints.
