I collaborated with Kesko’s head UX designer and K-Auto's service designer to ensure our work aligned with their brand and other service initiatives as well as ensure human-centred design in e.g. instructions and usability of the stations. I focused on designing the e-car service’s charging stations, website, online media, and maps in Finland. Kesko's human-centric approach emphasised the ease of locating charging points via the website, strategically placing them near entrances to facilitate shopping while cars charged with green energy.
Working closely with the customer and their service and UX team, we refined and outlined a functional design that resonated with Kesko's core brand values. Years later, I am inspired to see customers embrace the service, enabling its nationwide expansion.
