I joined five design sprints to identify customer needs for the future personal account digital service as a design manager playing my part in the spectacle creating concepts, prototypes and visuals during design sprints. and a book designed for all participants of the cross-disciplinary design sprints. And most importantly learning while having some fun and responding to people's needs while considering the challenges and opportunities rising in the field of banking globally.
Design sprint structure lead the cross-skilled team of stakeholders from the bank, consultancies and other preventatives to create and test identified opportunities to improve inclusive and sustainable digital personal banking in the years to follow.
Testing identified ideas with real customers and a book of the journey.
Each sprint ended with testing identified ideas with real customers. The testing gives a rough idea if the ideas have desirability in the market. After the sprints the tested and initially validated ideas were taken forward to design and development followed by production. My design team designed a book for all participants of the cross-disciplinary design sprints.
